2. Description of Service
SlickOptions is a personal trading dashboard that allows users to:
- View live market data across crypto, stocks, and forex markets
- Track personal portfolio holdings and balances
- Connect their own brokerage or exchange accounts via API keys
- Practice trading with simulated paper money
SlickOptions does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or trade signals. We are not a licensed broker, investment adviser, or financial institution.
3. No Investment Advice
Nothing on SlickOptions constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. All information is provided for informational and educational purposes only. 4. Broker Connections
SlickOptions allows you to connect your own brokerage accounts using your personal API keys. By connecting a broker account:
- You authorize SlickOptions to interact with your account on your behalf
- All trades are executed in your own account — SlickOptions never holds your funds
- You are solely responsible for all trades placed through the Service
- Your API keys are stored locally in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Risk Disclosure
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. SlickOptions is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlickOptions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
